We offer a 90-Day Insole Guarantee on all Protalus insoles. If you prefer to ship your return yourself, please send it to '20750 SW 115th Ave Suite 190, Tualatin, OR 97062' including a note with your order number, name, email address, and request for return. After we have received your insoles, we will refund the original form of payment excluding any original shipping cost.
